We operate a vehicle credit platform at revvot.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data.

We collect: Identity data (name, PAN, Aadhaar for eKYC); Contact data (mobile number, email); Financial data (bank statements, ITR, GST accessed via AA consent); Credit data (bureau report with your consent); Vehicle data (registration number, inspection report); Usage data (device, IP, pages visited). We do not collect data without your explicit consent.

Financial data accessed through the Account Aggregator (AA) framework is accessed only with your explicit, revocable consent under the RBI-regulated AA framework operated by Sahamati. This data is used solely for credit assessment. You may revoke AA consent at any time through your banking app. We do not store your raw financial data beyond the period required for the credit assessment.

We use your data to: process your loan application and issue pre-approvals; verify identity and assess creditworthiness; communicate about your application; comply with obligations to lending partners and regulators; improve our platform; detect and prevent fraud. We will not use your data for other purposes without additional consent.

We share your data with: Lending partners (RBI-registered banks and NBFCs) for loan assessment and disbursement; Credit bureaus (CIBIL, Experian) with your consent; KYC service providers for Aadhaar-based eKYC; Technology service providers under data processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data.

We retain personal data as long as your account is active, or as required by law and RBI guidelines. Credit-related data is retained for up to 8 years as required by lender compliance obligations. You may request deletion at contact@revvot.com.

You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion (subject to legal obligations); withdraw AA consent at any time; lodge a complaint with the data protection authority. Email contact@revvot.com with your registered mobile number.

We use TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 at rest, access controls, and regular security audits. Our AA integration runs on Sahamati’s regulated infrastructure.
