Revvot is committed to resolving customer grievances fairly, transparently, and within RBI-prescribed timelines. This page outlines the process for raising and escalating a grievance.

We acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 7 business days.

The GRO acknowledges within 48 hours and resolves within 15 business days.

If the grievance relates to a loan disbursed by one of our lending partners, you may escalate to that lender’s grievance mechanism. Contact contact@revvot.com for the relevant lender’s contact details.

If unresolved after the above steps, approach the RBI’s Banking Ombudsman or Digital Ombudsman Scheme at cms.rbi.org.in
